Jon
Larrance
Jon Larrance is CEO of Corcoran Perry & Co. The company was started by his father and three partners, and his father bought them out over time. Jon joined in 2002, after 10 years creating title insurance training materials, to lead tech and relocation. He took over the company in 2018, and it joined Corcoran in 2020.
Corcoran Perry & Co consistently ranks among the RealTrends, T360 and RISMedia Top 500 companies. Its 4 offices rank in the top 3 by category in state Realtor Association production awards, and in 2023 it closed Metro Denver's highest-priced sale at $9.3 million.
